To request student transcripts and diplomas, please follow the information listed on this page.
Please note that the student transcript processing office will be closed between July 25, 2024 and August 5, 2024.
All transcript requests received during this time will be processed upon our return.
Also, the student transcript processing office will be closed on the following Fridays: July 19, August 9, and August 16, 2024.
An official Ontario Student Transcript is a record of credits achieved in secondary school. Transcripts are required for university / college application, other post secondary programs, employment, etc.
All school boards in Ontario are mandated to maintain the Ontario Student Record (OSR) folder including a copy of the official Student Transcript (OST) for a minimum of 55 years after the student is demitted.
Please note the student diploma processing office will be closed between July 4, 2024 and September 3, 2024.
Student Diploma requests may take up to 8-12 weeks to be processed.
